A 13×8 ft daylight-visible LED screen plus full broadcast-grade livestream production — delivered to events across PA, OH, WV, NY, and MD.
A 25-foot hydraulic mast lifts the screen above grandstands, treetops, and ten-deep crowds. Whether your event is lakeside, on fairgrounds, in a parking lot, or out on a church lawn — the screen goes with it. And once it's up, every seat is the best seat.
Screen rental is the table stakes. The real value is what we put on it — live broadcast, custom graphics, multi-destination streaming, all turnkey.
13×8 ft, 11,500 nit daylight-visible LED on a self-contained trailer. Sets up in 30 minutes. IP65-rated for any weather.
Multi-camera switching, professional production hardware, live IMAG for crowds that can't see the stage.
Go live to Facebook, YouTube, or your own platform with cellular-bonded streaming. No venue Wi-Fi required.
Custom lower thirds, leaderboards, sponsor loops, and scoreboards. Your branding on every frame.
Other companies will drop off a screen and leave. We run the whole production from setup to teardown — so your event team can focus on the event.
11,500 nits of brightness — roughly double a standard mobile LED screen. Visible in direct sun, on the brightest fields, from the back of any crowd.
Hybrid battery + generator power system means we can run battery-only for weddings, church services, and memorials. No generator noise.
Cellular-bonded streaming means your event reaches the people who couldn't be there — even at venues with no Wi-Fi. Goes live with your branded graphics on top.
We handle delivery, setup, content, broadcast, livestream, and teardown. You give us the event. We give you the production.
No mysteries. Here's exactly what shows up at your event.
If it gathers people outside, the screen works there. A few of the events we run regularly:
Motorsports, high school football, tournaments, watch parties. Live IMAG for the back of the crowd.
Stage-side LED, side-screen IMAG, festival sponsor reels. Daylight-visible through any set time.
Stage shows, demolition derbies, tractor pulls, parades — the screen handles every act on the schedule.
Outdoor services, Easter, baptisms, revivals. Silent battery operation during worship — no generator noise.
Homecoming, graduation, pep rallies, school fundraisers. Sponsor visibility for the boosters who pay for it.
Grand openings, dealership events, ribbon cuttings, product launches. Branded content, live demos, sponsor recognition.
Outdoor ceremonies, photo and video montages, livestream for family who couldn't travel.
Political rallies, campaign events, community gatherings, tribute services. Discreet, professional production.
A few recent setups from the trailer.
LiveScreen Mobile LED grew out of CS Pulling Promotions — a mobile broadcast operation built around live video for truck pull events across the country. After years running broadcast-grade production on a circuit where the lighting is rough, the weather is rougher, and the crowds are loud, we built a trailer that could deliver the same quality anywhere it could be towed.
Today we bring that same production discipline to weddings, church services, festivals, dealership events, school sports, and everything in between. Built and operated by Chase Steinman, based in Tionesta, Pennsylvania, serving events across PA, OH, WV, NY, and MD.

The LED screen is 13 feet wide by 8 feet tall (about 4 meters by 2.3 meters), mounted on a 25-foot hydraulic mast that lifts the display above grandstands, fences, and crowds. The mast rotates 360° so the screen can face any direction your event needs.
Yes. The screen runs at 11,500 nits of brightness — roughly double a standard mobile LED screen — and is fully visible in direct sunlight from up to 300 feet away. Daylight visibility is what separates a real outdoor LED screen from a projection setup that won't work until sundown.
About 30 minutes for a single operator. The trailer is fully self-contained — no staging, no trussing, no separate generator setup, no venue power required. Park, deploy, level, and go.
Yes. We offer full broadcast-grade live production with multi-camera switching, custom on-screen graphics, lower thirds, and multi-destination streaming to Facebook, YouTube, or any custom platform. Cellular-bonded streaming means it works anywhere there's cell signal — no venue WiFi required.
We're based in Tionesta, Pennsylvania and travel throughout Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia, New York, and Maryland as our standard service area. We're also available for multi-day bookings outside this region — give us a call to discuss.
Yes. The LED screen is IP65-rated for outdoor use, meaning it's fully sealed against rain, dust, and wind. The steel-reinforced mast is built to handle weather you'd expect at any outdoor event. Severe storms or tornado-warning-level weather we obviously take down for safety, but normal rain and wind are no problem.
No. The trailer has a hybrid power system: a 38.4 kWh battery bank for silent operation (ideal for weddings, church services, memorials, and any event where generator noise is unacceptable) plus a 5.5 kW Honda generator for extended events. We're fully self-powered.
Sports events, concerts, festivals, fairs, churches, schools, corporate events, dealership grand openings, weddings, political rallies, memorials, parades, drive-ins — any outdoor event that benefits from a large daylight-visible LED screen, optional live broadcast production, or both.
